What this page covers

This policy describes how Autolube Group ("we", "us") handles information from visitors to this website. It does not cover the separate websites of the manufacturers we distribute (LIQUI MOLY, FUCHS, CAM2) or any third-party site we link to.

The enquiry form

The "What can we help you with?" form on this site asks for your name, company, work email and message. When you press "Prepare enquiry email," the form does not submit anything to our servers. Instead, your browser opens your own email application with a message pre-filled from what you typed, addressed to autolubegroup@gmail.com. We only receive your information if you then choose to send that email yourself.

Because of this, we do not store, process, or have any record of what you typed into the form unless you go on to send us the resulting email — at which point your message is stored the same way any email to us is stored, in our inbox.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, does not use browser local storage, and does not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded by us.

Hosting and technical logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information — such as browser type, general location, and IP address — for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not have access to use this information for marketing and do not combine it with anything you send us.

Links to other sites

This site links out to Google Maps (for directions to our location) and to the websites of LIQUI MOLY, FUCHS, and CAM2 (for product documentation). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control and this policy doesn't cover.
